Pricing or Typographical Errors

While B & B Hobbies strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. B & B Hobbies cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, B & B Hobbies shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, B & B Hobbies may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

** RETURNS **

We accept no returns without written authorization. There is a 25% restocking fee. Special orders will require a 100% payment which is non-refundable. NO returns on special order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Your copy of receipt must be included inside the package for proper return processing.  Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. You must contact B & B Hobbies at Sales@bandbHobbies.com to receive an authorization code or further instruction and return information.  Any returns sent with out this authorization code clearly displayed on the front of the package, will be refused and or sent back at buyers cost.  

Warranties

All warrantees are held by the manufacturer. B & B Hobbies can not warranty out an item for a client. You must contact the manufacturer with all of your purchase information if the return is due to a functioning issue.

Orders and Inventory

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Our inventory can fluctuate through out the day so an item that is listed as in stock may be in fact out of stock. We do our best to make sure that our quantities are up to date as best as possible but this does happen from time to time. In the event of this we will make every attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order and/ or let you know how long your order will take.

If you have placed an order and the item has NOT been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, as long as it has not been shipped out then there is no cost for cancelling your order as long as you receive an email from us confirming we have received your request prior to shipping. At this time, B & B Hobbies will not ship outside of the United States.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from B & B Hobbies.com on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).

Damaged items in shipping

If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person immediately.  Do not discard and of the box, packing material, or broken items.  You will receiver replacement items.  However we do require a damage claim number from U.P.S.  To obtain this damage claim number Call 800-742-5877.  You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call B & B Hobbies.com for immediate part replacement.
